What I encountered during my job search before going full-time freelance. The salaries offered to me were all lower than my market rate, which was ironic seeing that fresh grads were getting starting salaries higher than that.

What's wrong with the system? Why are experienced people getting less than freshies? Seems like only MOE is rewarding mid-careerists!
