Just married! *clang clang clang*
Wow. Haven't blogged for more than a month. Was busy (gross understatment) preparing for my wedding photos, solemnisation lunch, renovating flat, completing office work... It was an extremely mad rush. Never, ever, try to do so many major things together!
After all that, I just want to take time off to spend time relaxing, doing nothing at all, just to clear my mind and re-focus. A little off-balance after trying to juggle so many things. Not to mention the mental and emotional stress of leaving my parents' home (boo hooooo) and my nice smelly comfy bed. My brain isn't working very well, even now when blogging, certain words fail to materialise.
But wait, what happens? Sucky interior design company hasn't completed our flat although we are already living in it. Holes not drilled, paintwork not touched up, carpentry not completed. Expecting us to be desperate enough to just accept the slipshod workmanship. Fat hope.Can't unpack, practically living in Bangladeshi Alley. Living out of boxes and hanging our clothes all over the place. Sucks. I feel like a spirit trapped in limbo.
Can't wait for the flat to be completed so we can finally unpack, settle into our new 'together' routine, get my work projects back in order. And of course, slowly ease into the uneasy feeling of 'adulthood' that is taking me away from my parents. Labels: Being Random
